Stakit

This project was created in a collaborative effort. The assignment was to create a board game that involved the ideas of collaboration and the creative process. Stakit is a team stacking game where you play cards similarly to Uno (color/number) except in our case it was color/size of block. The card played determined which size of block the other team had to place on their own tower. It came out great, and we created many other game types when we were done that were equally as fun.

We crafted a wooden box, that when opened the panels became the playing platforms. Also it had a sliding cover that kept the blocks in place as well as showing the instructions. We stained the blocks different tones to help distinguish the different sizes and we also stained the box and the cards. We also screen printed the cards, and the instruction panel.
